Sciences Po's scholarship for the best international students from outside the European Union. Master's students receive a €18,500 tuition exemption for each of the two years; undergraduates receive either a full exemption or €9,500 off their fees, kept during the third-year study abroad. Applicants must be applying to Sciences Po for the first time, come from a non-EU country, belong to a household that does not file taxes in the EU, and be admitted to an eligible undergraduate or master's programme. Dual EU citizens, Quebec master's applicants and applicants to the journalism master's programmes are among those excluded. Apply by ticking the Émile Boutmy scholarship in the "Financial information" section of the Sciences Po application (applicants from French secondary schools use an online form after Parcoursup). Requests after the admission deadline are not accepted.
