This cooperation enhances the appeal of the European Higher Education Area by fostering a strong research identity, incorporating innovative teaching methods, advancing research excellence, cultivating top-tier career profiles for its alumni, and amplifying the research of its staff and students. The EPS EMJM is structured around six integrated joint objectives: (i) Enhance cooperation in Teaching and Research, (ii) Boost Innovation in Teaching and Research, (iii) Foster Graduate Employability, (iv) Act as an Active Societal Actor, (v) Increase Global Visibility of the EU and EU Studies, and (vi) Support acknowledgement of diversity and inclusivity. EPS graduates will be well-positioned to pursue careers in the public sector, private enterprises, and non-governmental organisations within and beyond the European Union. The programme is delivered by a consortium of four prestigious universities: (i) Charles University, Faculty of Social Sciences (coordinating institution); (ii) Leiden University, Faculty of Humanities; (iii) Pompeu Fabra University, Faculty of Political and Social Sciences; and (iv) Jagiellonian University, Faculty of International and Political Studies.
