A capacity-building programme run jointly by the African Development Bank and the Government of Japan, supporting master's study for African candidates. The programme is aligned with the Bank's High 5 priorities — Feed Africa, Light up and power Africa, Industrialize Africa, Integrate Africa, and Improve the quality of life of the people of Africa — and with Japanese development assistance initiatives.
