Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships

Scholarships for excellent international students admitted to a regular two-year MSc programme at TU Delft, covering full tuition fees and a contribution to living expenses. Two scholarships are available per faculty. Applicants should be among roughly the top 10% of graduates of a relevant previous programme. Students with a bachelor's degree from a Dutch university, and students who have already started their TU Delft MSc, are not eligible. All scholarship documents, including reference letters and any required English test, must be submitted together with a complete MSc application by 1 December 2026 (23:59 CET). Recipients are told by the end of March 2027.
