Thirty full scholarships for young African professionals to take a full-time, on-campus master's degree at Arizona State University for the 2027–2028 intake. Eligible programmes are MS Global Technology and Development, MS Information Technology, MCS Computer Science, MS Data Science Analytics & Engineering, MS Robotics and Autonomous Systems, MS Clean Energy Systems, MS Civil, Environmental & Sustainable Engineering, MS Modern Energy Production and Sustainable Use, and MS Human Systems Engineering (Intelligent Systems). Besides the costs covered, scholars get leadership development, academic advising and a two-month internship between the first and second years. Scholars are expected to use their education to contribute to their home communities. The application deadline is Sunday 27 September 2026 at 23:59 GMT. Part of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, which supports academically talented young Africans who face financial or social barriers to education. The program particularly encourages applications from young women, refugees and displaced people, and people with disabilities.
