A scholarship for local and international students admitted full time to a research master's or PhD at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. It covers the annual tuition fee and pays a monthly stipend, which for international students is S$3,000 for a PhD and S$2,900 for a master's (rates from January 2026). PhD students who pass their qualifying examination may receive up to S$500 a month more. There is no bond. The award is for one year at first and is renewed with good progress, for up to two years for a master's and four for a PhD. Apply within the application period for the intake, through NTU's graduate research admission; applications are currently open for the January 2027 intake.
